Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Support users with network connectivity issues and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor network traffic and report issues to senior network staff.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Maintain network documentation and help with network-related projects.
Skill & Experience
- Networking Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
- Hardware: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba
- Tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark
- Experience: 3+ years in network administration, preferably in healthcare environments
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+
