smartcareer a fast-growing startup, is looking for an IT Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will help streamline IT processes and support employees with their tech needs across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support all IT systems, including software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Provide remote support for employees working from different locations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for various software tools.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration by supporting internal communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Skill & Experience
- Software: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Tools: Jira, Freshservice (for ticketing)
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support, preferably in a startup or small business environment
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL (preferred)
