smartcareer is looking for a remote IT Support Specialist to join our global team. You will provide IT assistance to remote employees, handling everything from basic troubleshooting to advanced system configuration and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to employees across various time zones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote access tools.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based services, including file storage, communication tools, and VPNs.
- Set up new employee devices, ensuring software installation and network access.
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security profiles.
Skill & Experience
- Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, mobile OS (iOS/Android)
- Remote Tools: TeamViewer, Zoom, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
- Experience: 3+ years providing remote IT support in a distributed environment
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
